Since 1991, LUNAGUA has been dedicated to
providing a service of treatment and management
of specials wastes produced by industry. Its
natural markets are the industries of Cantabria,
the Basque Country and Asturias, although
with its specialization in treating certain
wastes, its market extends to other autonomous
communities. |

The company's activity consists in the physiochemical
treatment of hazardous industrial wastes,
in 8000 m2 installations located in the Cantabrian
municipality of Guarnizo. At the same time,
Lunagua performs the collection and transfer
of those wastes than cannot be treated in
the plant. |

Additionally, for management of used oils
and of Marpol annex 1 waste (management number
Marpol/CN/119/-01), Lunagua has an installation
in the Ports of RAOS, acquired by the Tradebe
Group in July 2004. |
To perform their activities they have the
corresponding authorizations:
CPT1/91 for treatment plant and CT/CN/10/98
as Transfer Center, in the Autonomous Community
of Cantabria. In addition to these authorizations,
the Environmental Management System of the
company has been certified in accordance with
the requirements of ISO Standard 14001 and
its Quality Management System in accordance
with ISO 9001. |
