Division of Industrial Waste
includes all services supplied
by our fixed treatment plants
of hazardous industrial waste.
The principal recipients of our
services are the production companies
and the services included in waste
management consist in the description,
collection, transfer, evaluation
and/or final disposal of the waste. |

| The
Division of Urban Services
incorporates different services
for management and treatment of
urban originated waste. Especially
composting and demolition construction
waste. This division includes
the activities of decontamination
and shredding of end of life vehicles
and the Department of Definition
and Remediation of Soil and Subsoil
that offers a high quality service
both in the public as well as
the private sector. |

| The
Consulting Division offers
value added services. The clients
of the division have at their
disposal a team of professionals
specialized in the design and
carrying out of environmental
programs and eco-audits, environmental
consulting services, as well as
a certified laboratory where analysis
is performed on the samples coming
from external customers as well
as requirements derived from the
studies in course. |

The Division of Industrial
Services is specialized
in providing services to refineries,
petrochemical plants and large
industries, which are performed
in the client's installations
using mobile plants ("in
situ" treatments) or in
permanent installations based
on multi-year contracts. The
innovation and technological
specialization of these treatments
makeup one of the lines of differentiation
in the services supplied under
the slogan "Total Sludge
Management".

Corporate Division includes
all corporate services such as
Human Resources, Finance and Administration,
Organization and Systems, as well
as the Fiscal and Legal Area. |

| The
Business Development Division
is responsible for identifying
business opportunities in different
markets and sectors in which the
Tradebe Group performs its activities.
In addition, External Communication
and management of the Tradebe
Foundation form a part of its
functions. |
